Kady loves using her knowledge in health and wellness to help patients of all ages. She believes that a healthy smile comes from a healthy body, mind and spirit. She uses her many years of teaching/leading meditation groups to educate her most anxious, and fearful patients.
She says that the best part of her job is helping her patients reach their ultimate oral health/overall health goals, and finds it rewarding when they do. She continues to study and educate herself in all aspects of today’s nutrition, health, and wellness so that she can continue sharing what she has learned.
On Kady’s free time, she enjoys snowboarding, visits to the ocean, camping and just taking it all in. She practices yoga meditation, exercise, and Pilates. Most of all, she loves the time with spent with her husband and two daughters.
