Dr. Muhaimin’s patients describe him as professional, attentive, and personable. Even his most fearful patients share that his sense of humor and down-to-earth personality put them at ease. Many travel from as far as San Jose to see him, a reflection of the respect and trust he has earned.
Early in his career, Dr. Muhaimin treated many patients suffering from tooth loss and failing dentition. Recognizing the need for comprehensive dental implant services, he dedicated himself to advanced training in implant dentistry. His education combined extensive theoretical knowledge with hands-on surgical practice, culminating in November 2024 when he earned his board-certified oral implantology diplomate credential through the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. This distinguished achievement represents the highest level of recognition in implant dentistry and establishes him as a specialist in the field.
Dr. Muhaimin has always been committed to using the latest dental technology to provide exceptional care. He offers his patients CEREC same-day in-office crowns, digital scanning to eliminate uncomfortable impression molds, laser dental surgery to minimize invasiveness and speed up healing, and advanced 3D imaging for highly accurate diagnostics. His most recent innovation is the integration of the YOMI robotic system for dental implant placement. As the first doctor in Solano County to adopt this groundbreaking technology, Dr. Muhaimin is able to provide safer, more precise, and less invasive implant surgery. YOMI even makes implants possible for some patients who were previously told they lacked sufficient bone structure.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Dr. Muhaimin has a deep love for New Orleans jazz music and is a lifelong fan of the New Orleans Saints. He and his wife, Aaliyah, live in Fairfield, California, with their three daughters. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys listening to audiobooks, working out at his local gym, and cheering on his daughters as they play soccer and perform with their community theatre group. As the current President of the Greater Bay Area Dental Society, he also dedicates time to mentoring young dentists and dental students.
Dr. Muhaimin graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 1999 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Xavier University of Louisiana. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Napa/Solano Dental Society, Greater Bay Area Dental Society, and the National Dental Association. He is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
